Spammers

As some of you may have noticed, I have been the victim of a particularly persistent, and lewd spammer. In an effort to stop the problem, word verification will be required for all comments on my blog. Please do not let this deter those of you who are making legitimate comments! You know I love to hear from you...

I read your blog every day and have only noticed good-natured jousting, not spamming. Are you able to delete comments you don't like? I hope my offerings have not offended!
(MAARD had to put the word verification on her blog from the beginning......)

I'm glad you missed the spam...and no, YOU are definitely not the "anonymous" who submitted the offensive material. I do feel an obligation to censor comments of a lewd nature. Thanks for reading, and commenting!

It is sad that people have to spend so much time keeping spam, spyware, malware, viruses, etc. off their computers and blogs. Kudos for taking action to limit these miscreants reach.
